JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original appellants - original plaintiffs for interim order by directing the parties to maintain status quo during the pendency and final disposal of main Second Appeal No.153 of 2009.
2. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents except respondent No.1/6, who seems to be family member of respondent Nos.1/1 to 1/5 and 1/7. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of other respondents also.
3. Having heard Mr.Nasrin Shaikh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants and considering the fact that main second appeal is admitted after framing substantial questions of law and so as to see that main second appeal does not become infructuous, ad-interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 11/05/2012 directing the parties to maintain status quo on 11/05/2012 is made absolute as interim relief till hearing and final disposal of the main Second Appeal No.153 of 2009.
