JUDGMENT / ORDER

The endorsement on the Board indicates that Notices issued to respondent No.2, could not be served due to incomplete address. The learned advocate for the petitioner may supply the correct and complete address of respondent No.2 in the Registry.
On the last date of hearing, as recorded in the order dated 16.04.2012, Ms.Sheeja Nayar, learned advocate for Ms.G.M. Amin, learned advocate for the petitioner, had stated that she would be filing a formal application of deletion of respondent No.2 from the record of the petition. However, neither has the correct and complete address of respondent No.2 been supplied in the Registry, nor has the application been filed.
