[1] Heard learned advocates for the respective parties. It is jointly submitted by learned advocates for the respective parties that if interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2011 in Civil Application No.11926 of 2010 is continued till final disposal of Special Civil Suit No.109 of 2008 and if necessary direction is given to Trial Court to dispose of the Special Civil Suit No.109 of 2008 within stipulated time, then, they do not invite any reasoned order.
[2] Under the circumstances, interim relief granted by this Court (Coram : Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.S.Jhaveri) by order dated 25.01.2011 in Civil Application No.11926 of 2010 is hereby continued till final disposal of Special Civil Suit No.109 of 2008.
[3] Learned Trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.109 of 2008 in accordance with law, within a period of two years from the date of receipt of present order.
[4] In view of above, both Civil Application and Appeal from Order are disposed of.
Direct service is permitted.
