JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is agreed that the demand notice issued to the petitioner dated 01.06.2011 would be treated as a show cause notice and the petitioner is entitled to file a response to the same within two (2) weeks from today. On the response being filed and on consideration of the material produced by the petitioner, a final view be taken by the concerned authorities in accordance with law.
2.In the eventuality of the petitioner not being able to persuade the concerned authority and an adverse order being passed, the same would be kept in abeyance for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order by the petitioner to facilitate the petitioner to take recourse the legal remedy as provided under law.
3.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2015 stands closed.
