1. Heard Sri Dharmendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State and Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel for respondent 2.
2. Grievance of petitioner is that some private parties are charging illegal parking fees from Tempo-Taxi drivers etc., but neither such private parties are impleaded in the writ petition nor learned counsel for petitioner could show that he has initiated criminal proceedings against such illegal act of said persons.
3. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in common law.
