By order dated 5.9.2013 in Writ-C No.46610 of 2013, filed by the applicants, this Court directed the District Magistrate, Gautambudh Nagar to examine the claim of the applicants as well as their contention that their claim is covered by previous judgement dated 21.10.2011 as well as other judgements mentioned in the body of the decision of this Court.
An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the District Magistrate, Gautambudh Nagar, alongwith which the decision taken by him on 27.3.2015 in purported compliance of the direction of this Court dated 5.9.2013 has been brought on record. By the said order, the District Magistrate has directed for making certain alterations in the entries in revenue records thereby rectifying clerical errors.
Counsel for the applicant tried to contend that the judgement of this Court dated 6.9.2011 has not been considered properly.
In the opinion of the Court, in case the applicants feel that the decision taken is incorrect, it shall be open to them to challenge the same before appropriate forum. No ground is made out to proceed in contempt.
The contempt application is consigned to record.
