This petition has been restored to file by an order dated 18.4.2012 in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.1117 of 2012 as the present petitioner appears as party-in-person and also this Special Civil Application was dismissed for want of prosecution, the said order was passed. However, today also it is noted that the party-in-person has chosen not to remain present. One more, opportunity is being given for him to proceed with the matter which has been restored and, therefore, the matter is fixed on 4.5.2012 for the said purpose. On his failing to proceed with the matter, it shall stand dismissed.
