Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the non bailable warrant dated 8.6.2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bijnor in Complaint Case No. 1799 of 2011 (Sachin Kumar Vs. Teekam Sengar), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Kotwali Sahar, District Bijnor.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is ready to appear before the court concerned on or before 4th December, 2018 with appropriate application.
In view of the above, Non Bailable Warrant dated 8.6.2017 is kept in abeyance and applicant is directed to appear before the court concerned with appropriate application on or before 4th December, 2018, which shall be disposed of by the court concerned expeditiously.
With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
