When the matter was taken up for consideration today, Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same, which is challenged by the petitioner in a separate Writ Petition. In view of the same, since the order passed by this Court dated 30.08.2016, in W.P.(MD)No.14541 of 2015 has been complied with, the Contempt Petition is closed.
