1. Heard Sri Bed Kant Mishra, Advocate, for petitioner and Sri Krit Raj Singh, Advocate, for respondents.
2. The application for the Passport submitted by petitioner has not been accepted by authorities concerned on the ground that there was a criminal case pending against petitioner and this fact was not disclosed by him in his application.
3. The factum that criminal case is pending is evident from Annexure-7 to the writ petition and, therefore, the relief prayed for that respondents be directed to issue passport cannot be granted.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
