Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the trial court, District Agra to decide the E.C. Case No. 180 of 2019 (Smt. Tarawati and 2 others vs. Sri Mahesh Rathod), pending before Commissioner Workman Compensation Ty. Labor Commissioner, Agra, expeditiously.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
It is expected that the court concerned shall expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to both the parties in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment on its way.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
