Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not paying revised Family Pension according to Vth Pay Commission, 1996 and Group Insurance.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no.2 raising all her grievances and if such a representation is made within six weeks from today, then the aforesaid respondent shall pass an appropriate, reasoned and speaking order within next six weeks. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
