Petitioner claims that at the behest of respondent nos.5 to 7, who are private respondents, a construction that was being raised by the petitioner has been stopped.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the construction was being raised at his own Bhumidhari land and no private individual has any right to stop such construction.
The dispute raised in this petition appears to be a private dispute among private individuals for which writ court is not the proper forum. The petitioner has to approach the court of civil jurisdiction or revenue court for determination of his rights.
The writ petition is devoid of merit. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
