Sri Sumit Kakkar, learned counsel has appeared on instructions of the opposite party and submitted that formalities for payment of ex gratia were completed by the applicant only in March 2018. He states that within a period of two months from today, the claim of the applicant shall be duly evaluated and if found eligible all ex gratia payments shall be released.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. The petition stands disposed of.
