Heard Sri Dhirendra Srivastava, holding brief of Sri Rajiv Sisodia, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vikas Sahai, learned AGA for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 22.9.2017, registered as case crime no.990 of 2017, u/s 498-A, 307, 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Shamli, district Shamli.
Learned counsel for the petitioners is not able to inform this Court whether it is a case of injury or not.
Learned AGA states that injury report of the injured has not been annexed with the present petition. He states that it is a case under Section 307 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition annexing the injury report of the injured.
The present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition annexing the injury report of the injured.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the FIR to the learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining a photocopy of the same.
