Learned counsel for the applicant has apprised the court that this application has become infructuous because all the three applicants have been arrested and the prayer was made in this case for quashing the order dated 19.11.2020 whereby NBWs' were issued against the applicants.
In view of above, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
