Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Alok Mishra learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 7 and Sri Vishal Agarwal learned counsel for the respondent no.9.
The challenge is to the order dated 10.03.2021 passed by the respondent no.2, perusal of which indicates that a civil suit O.S. No.72 of 2021 is going on between the petitioner and the private respondents no.8 & 9, wherein an interim injunction order has been passed by the Court below on the application moved by the respondents herein.
The interim injunction order dated 22.02.2021 passed by the court below in the pending suit is appended as Annexure-'9' to the writ petition.
Be that as it may, for any grievance raised herein it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court in the pending suit.
The writ petition is found misconceived and hence dismissed.
