[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks a direction for payment of the arrears of subsidy to each of the Primary Agriculture Co-operative Societies Banks in Tamil Nadu. He has already given a representation dated 12.01.2016 in this regard.
2.We direct the third and fourth respondents herein, to consider the said representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
