At the request of Mr. Ashar, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks time to enable him to take instructions with regard to paying reasonable compensation for 18 years for which the respondents have served, matters are adjourned to 25.04.2012.
In the meantime, the amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited in all the three petitions shall be invested by the Registry individually in a fixed deposit with a nationalized bank for a period of one year and shall be renewed every year till the final result of this petition. The interest accruing on the same shall be paid to the respondents quarterly.
