JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
In the meanwhile there shall be stay of the implementation, execution and operation of the award dated 17.12.2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court at Surendranagar in Reference (LCS) No.102 of 2005 on the condition that the amount directed by the Labour Court is deposited before the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today. The same will be deposited in the FDR by the Registry and the periodical interest accrued thereon shall be paid to the respondent-workman.
