Heard Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to allow him to join in the Kshetriya Sri Gandhi Ashram, Banna Devi, Aligarh in pursuance of the judgement dated 02.02.2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, U.P. Agra in Dispute No.08 of 2002, Takesh Kumar Sharma Vs. Mantri Sri Gandhi Ashram, Banna Devi, Aligarh.
The High Court is not the executing Court of the award of the Labour Court.
This is a thoroughly misconceived writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
