Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole grievance of the petitioner is that her applications, one for interim injunction dated 08.12.2016 and the other under Section 151 C.P.C. dated 26.05.2018, filed in Original Suit No. 811 of 2016 (Tahira Vs. Akhtar and others) are not being considered and decided.
It has come on record that the respondents are served in the suit and the Amin Report has also been submitted.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, as the interim injunction application is pending since December, 2016, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the said application, in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the court concerned.
It is open for the court to consider the other application also most expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of.
