PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent) Control Act 1960 as amended by Act 23 of 1973 and Act 1 of 1980 against the fair and decreetal order dated 11.04.2017 made in I.A.No.54 of 2017 in RCA No.1 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court/Rent Control Appellate Authority, Coimbatore.
For Petitioner : Mr.N.Manokaran For Respondent : Mr.Kingsly Solomon O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an agreement has been entered between the parties, to settle the disputes. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The said agreement dated 18.05.2017 shall form part of the record. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted his no objection, for the above agreement.
2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the agreement dated 18.05.2017, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
