T. Nandagopal vs K.Viswanathan

Madras High Court|09 March, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

There is no representation for the appellant as well as for the respondents today. It is seen from the records that even in the previous hearing also, there had been no representation from both sides. This Court had initially passed over the matter and when the matter was called again at 1.30p.m. also there was no representation from both sides. It appears that the parties are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
