In this petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the endorsement dated 09.03.2016 passed by the Karnataka State Board of Aukaf, by which the petitioner has been informed that his representation dated 03.11.2015 has been rejected as the term of the committee has expired on 10.06.2015. The aforesaid writ petition is pending before this Court since, 2016, in which no interim order has been passed. Therefore, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under law.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
