THIS MFA COMING ON FOR FURTHER ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:-
JUDGMENT Though this appeal is listed for consideration of I.A.No.1/2016 for condonation of delay of 620 days, with consent of learned Advocates for parties, the same is taken for final disposal.
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, after deliberating, learned advocates appearing for the claimant and insurance company, jointly submit that appellant shall be satisfied, if global compensation of Rs.20,000/- is awarded and to that effect, a memo is filed and the same reads as follows:
“Under signed counsel for the appellant is (has sic.) agreed for the global compensation of Rs.20,000/- in the above case in the ends of justice and equity.”
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of awarding global compensation of Rs.20,000/- to the appellant which shall be paid by the respondents within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No costs.
