This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for the records and proceedings in so far it relates to present case of, direct to the respondents to appoint fresh Election Officer who can proceed with Election process to conduct the Election to The Jamai Masjid & its allied properties, Majlis-E-Munthazima, Jamaithul-UL- Muslimeen and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.Rajaram Sooryambail, learned counsel for the petitioner.
None for the respondent No.1.
Sri.Syed Imran, learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 to 10.
2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
