O R D E R Heard the matter.
2. The petitioner has the benefit of interim order by which he is prosecuting the veterinary course. Now two years have already lapsed. Therefore, question of interference in respect of claiming any particular discipline do not arise. Accordingly, writ petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is entitled to continue the veterinary course.
With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
