Heard Sri Sunil Vashisth, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the victim is a major girl with whom the applicant had established relationship through Whats App messages and they are friends since childhood upto intermediate on account of which the applicant has been suspected in her abduction.
Learned A.G.A. have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the abductee has not yet been recovered.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant Sweety Chauhan, involved in Case Crime No.1076 of 2019, u/s 368 IPC, P.S. Sahibabad, district Ghaziabad.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
The applicant is at liberty to move bail application u/s 439 Cr.P.C., if so advised.
