(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) When this application was taken up for hearing, Mr. P.K. Jani, learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State of Gujarat submits before us that our previous direction would be complied with definitely within a fortnight from today. In view of such assurance given by the learned Government Pleader, we fix the matter on March 30, 2012 so that the matter can be disposed of on compliance of the undertaking given before this Court earlier by the State Government. Let the matter appear on March 30, 2012.
