Heard Shri Raj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Shri Ram Gopal Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents no 2 to 4.
A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4. The same is taken on record.
In this affidavit it is stated that by an order dated 24.5.2018 payment of Rs.4,76,910/- has been sanctioned after deducting Rs. 9,710/- as TDS from the total dues of Rs.4,86,620/- and the same has been paid into the account of the petitioner through RTGS on 25.5.2018.
The above facts are not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In this view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
