The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.207 of 2016 instituted by the plaintiff petitioner against the respondents within a stipulated period.
This Court does not find any exceptional reason in the instant case to warrant issuing such a direction in a suit instituted recently in the year 2016.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
