Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. on behalf of State.
Admittedly, investigation is still pending in this case. Earlier, the applicant had approached this Court in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No.12941 of 2017 wherein certain directions had been issued by this Court.
In view of the above, no interference is warranted by this Court. The application is accordingly, dismissed.
