JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in C.C.No.122 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate,Ambattur and quash the same.

2. Pending proceedings in C.C.No.122 of 2017, the petitioner and defacto complainant/2nd and 3rd respondents have amicably settled the dispute among themselves.
3. Today the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 /defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and they have also been identified. Respondents 2 and 3 have also filed separate affidavit dated 22.08.2016 stating that they have no objection to quash the the charge sheet in C.C.No.122 of 2017.
4. Recording the affidavits filed by the respondents 2 and 3/ defacto complainant, the proceedings in C.C.No.122 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur is quashed. The Criminal Original petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
