The counter affidavit records that the back paper in the subject of Mathematics of the 3rd Semester B.T.C. Examination of the petitioner will be held in the Month of April, 2019.
The petitioner shall be duly intimated about the date and center of the examination prior to the date on which the examination will be conducted.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above said terms.
