The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.T-201815060501176 (Sushma Vs. Chanrami Devi) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Mehnagar, District Azamgarh may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.T- 201815060501176 (Sushma Vs. Chanrami Devi) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
