Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions from Special Secretary, Ayus Anubhag, U.P. Government Lucknow, states that an order of regularization of service of the applicant has been passed on 7.9.2018. The regularization has been made subject to outcome of the SLP pending before the Supreme Court.
Such being the position, this Court is of the opinion that direction issued by the Writ Court has been complied with.
The contempt application is accordingly consigned to record.
