Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3; Sri Ajay Singh for respondent no.4 and perused the record.
The grievance of the petitioner is that a plot of land was allotted to the petitioner in Shantipuram Housing Scheme and, thereafter, the said plot was converted into freehold and possession was also transferred to the petitioner but, later, un-authorizedly, in collusion with land mafia, a drain/sewer has been drawn through the land/plot of the petitioner.
It is the case of the petitioner that in respect of her grievance, she has submitted a representation on 14th May, 2019, which is there on record as Annexure-1 to the petition.
The said representation has been submitted to the Vice- Chancellor, Prayagraj Development Authority, Prayagraj.
For decision on this representation, the instant petition has been filed.
Considering the nature of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of claim of the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by requiring the fourth respondent (Vice- Chancellor, Prayagraj Development Authority, Prayagraj) to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-1 to the petition) within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced in his office.
