This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the summoning order dated 10.1.2017 passed by the A.C.J.M., Kannauj as well as the entire proceedings in Criminal Complaint No. 6287 of 2016 of Case No. 21 of 2017, Sangeeta Raj versus Sushant Pandey and others, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 376 IPC and Section 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Kannauj, District Kannauj pending in the Court of Special Judge (SC/ST, Act), Kannuaj.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and perused the record.
This application appears to be the second application, while already another application has been filed on behalf of the accused-applicant, which was decided by this Court. Filing this application is irresponsible act of the counsel. Learned counsel for the applicant apologies for the same and he submits that he had no knowledge of the earlier application.
The application stands dismissed.
