The writ petition is directed against the notice dated 29.03.2018 which has been served upon the petitioner intimating that an amount of Rs.1,42,261/- is due against him which is required to be recovered from the dues to be released by the department.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that pursuant to the said notice, the petitioner has submitted his reply on 03.04.2018.
It would, therefore, be appropriate that the respondent no.3 namely U.P. Krishi Nideshak, Deoria shall take a final decision after appreciation of the reply and the document, if any, submitted by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. The decision so taken shall duly be intimated to the petitioner.
