Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent State.

By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to find out and finalize a match for his son.

In our view, the ground is not such, where the presence of the applicant - convict can be said as indispensable. Hence, discretion does not deserve to be exercised.

The application is disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
