Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sambhal to decide Suit No. 597 of 2018, Surre Habib Vs. Smt. Arman Begum within three months.
Suit is of the year 2018. As such, I am not inclined to issue any such direction as prayed for in this petition.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage. No costs.
