By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"a) Admit this civil application.
b) Allow this civil application by propounding the above mentioned special civil application as well as civil application no.6195 for 2011 and accordingly it is directed to the department/registrar to post the mater on 19/9/11 in the interest of justice.
c) Grant such other and further relief(s) as deem just and proper in the interest of justice."
A bare reading of the aforesaid prayers indicate that the same has become infructuous. This application, therefore, stands dismissed.
