1. By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of eight days caused in filing Second Appeal Stamp No.218/2011.
2. Heard Ms. Urvi A. Rawal, learned advocate for the applicant. Despite service of rule, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the court is of the view that sufficient cause has been made out so as to condone the delay of eight days caused in filing the above referred second appeal.
4. The application is, therefore, allowed. The delay of eight days caused in filing Second Appeal Stamp No.218/2011 is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
