This petition is arising out of FIR being I.CR.No. 180 of 2007 registered with Pandesara Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 465, 467, 468, 471, 386, 330, 365, 114, 188 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code. These very petitioners have, as stated in para-4 of this memo of petition, approached this Court by way of Criminal Misc. Application No. 12133 of 2007, wherein, this Court (Coram: M.R. Shah, J.) on 22.11.2011 passed detailed order and rejected the matter. This order has attained finality as no one has challenged this order in any forum.
Today, time is sought on behalf of learned advocate for the petitioners and request is made to place this matter on 22.02.2012.
The request is accepted, as the matter according to this court is required to be argued at length with appropriate citation on the point. The Court is adjourning the matter to 22.02.2012 at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners to enable him to cite authorities in support of case. No further time shall be granted in the matter.
