Instructions have been produced by the learned Standing Counsel. The same be taken on record.
The instructions reveal that action has been taken on the application of the petitioner and against the Fair Price Shop dealer Khaderu, disciplinary inquiry has also been initiated. With these development, the writ petition need not be entertained any further.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Needless to say that the proceedings would be concluded within the time frame provided by Clause 8(8) of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
