Bisrakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar.

The legitimacy of the submission of charge sheet has been challenged by way of this application but the relevant material collected through investigation has not been annexed along with this application. There is no way to adjudicate upon the validity of the charge sheet in such circumstances. The application stands dismissed for the reasons of latches.
