Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner retiring in the year 2008, his retiral dues has not been paid to him. He claims that the matter has been represented time and again before the respondent no.2, who seize of the matter, however, no decision has been taken by him.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to take decision with regard to payment of retiral dues as claimed by the petitioner with all expeditions preferably within a period of three months from the date of a copy of this order.
