Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Although the writ petition assails an order of transfer, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that ends of justice would merit the petitioner being accorded an opportunity to represent his case before the second respondent pointing out the personal difficulties that are likely to be faced by the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the second respondent states that subject to the petitioner joining the place of posting and continuing to work there, in case any representation is submitted within two weeks from today along with a duly authenticated copy of this order highlighting the personal difficulties that are likely to be faced by him, the same shall be examined and a final decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four weeks therefrom.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
