Since the applicant has been declared juvenile by the Juvenile Justice Board, Bhadohi, Gyanpur vide order dated 22.01.2018. Now the fate of the applicant would be decided by invoking the provisions of Juvenile Justice Board. The learned counsel for the applicant may seek a proper remedy available to the applicant in Juvenile Justice Board, if so advised, for getting himself bailed out.
Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed.
Office is directed to return the certified copies to the counsel for the applicant after having its photocopies.
